A: The hose regulator comes with an over-current protection feature that will close off if the gas flow is too high. This safety measure ensures that the gas cannot pass through the hose, protecting you from potential hazards. To resolve this issue, simply turn off the propane gas tank, disconnect the regulator, wait for about 30 seconds, then reconnect the regulator and slowly open the tank valve. For added safety, adjust the regulator to 0 PSI.
